Central to Pastor Ginger's ministry assignment is to identify those called to ministry; the Five Fold Ministry Gifts and Ministry of Helps and Governments. "No one should come to the end of their time having missed their God ordained destiny"; this is the mission of Minister's in the Making.

During this season, Pastor Ginger is majoring on the Holy Calling of God; exploring the stages of advancement that the Head of the Church utilizes to awaken and prove those whom He calls into His ministry.
